Northeast Junior Lumberjack Championship

Dear Parent: 

The NYS Woodsmen’s Field Days is proud to announce that the 19th Annual Northeast Junior Lumberjack Championship will be held in Boonville, NY on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 11 am. The event is sponsored entirely by STIHL. 

We invite your child (or children) to compete. The attached rules and stipulations explain the contest entirely. There is no entry fee to compete. If you do not have a child or do not have a child within this age group – please pass this information onto a prospective contestant. 

Any interested ”junior lumberjacks or lumberjills” must submit their completed applications and release forms to our office by August **th. 

Please do not hesitate to call our office if you have any questions or concerns. We are looking forward to seeing you and your ”junior” lumberjack or lumberjill at the 21st Annual Northeast Junior Lumberjack Championships and the 72nd NYS Woodsmen’s Field Days.
